“Superior representation for my legal matters.”
The Vigorous Advocate Who Cares
Tyler Chriscoe is a criminal defense attorney in Forsyth County and several surrounding
counties.
He is a Randolph County, North Carolina, native, and attended East Carolina University in
Greenville, where he graduated with a degree in political science. Following his undergraduate
studies, Tyler worked in his parents’ insurance agency for four years before attending law school
at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. During his time in law school, Tyler volunteered with
the Veterans Law Center, where he helped provide free wills and other estate planning
documents to veterans while they waited for treatment at the VA hospital. He was also a student
tutor with the law school and a graduate assistant with the Integrated Liberal Studies
undergraduate program.
Prior to his criminal law practice, Tyler gained experience in several other fields of law. After his
first year in law school, he worked with a North Carolina city attorney where he researched the
First Amendment’s freedom of speech provision and its impact on a municipality’s power to
regulate signs. After his second year of law school, he worked with a mid-size, full-service law
firm near Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he gained experience in legal research, particularly in
civil litigation and family law. After finishing law school, he began his legal career as a real
estate attorney at a firm in the mountains of North Carolina.
Both individually and professionally, Tyler loves building relationships and helping people.
Individually, he demonstrates this by volunteering his time. He has a particular interest in
promoting literacy and reading comprehension, and he has spent time tutoring students training
to earn their GED as well as assisting non-native English speakers seeking to improve their
English speaking. Professionally, he demonstrates this by listening carefully to the needs and
concerns of his clients and then advocating vigorously on their behalf.
Tyler also enjoys his time outside the office and courtroom. Everywhere he has lived, he has
been actively involved in his church, both as a small group leader and Sunday service volunteer.
He loves to travel and has been to forty-two states, with plans to visit the remaining eight inside
the next few years. He rides his motorcycle every chance he gets, and he enjoys reading,
particularly books about the American Revolution and biographies of people who accomplished
great things. For the past few years, he has been teaching himself Spanish in his spare time and
aspires for fluency. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

“Great impression on initial consultation. Kind, confident, and put my worries at ease. I was able to waive the need to appear in court and they worked with the DA on my behalf to greatly reduce my traffic violation. It was the absolute best outcome I could have asked for and I am incredibly grateful to Tyler and the rest of the team. Thank you for everything.”

“I can’t say how great my experience was working with Tyler Chriscoe. He did everything exactly like he promised he would. In court, he was able to get the perfect outcome which I couldn’t be more appreciative of. Everyone within Dummit Fradin was so professional and was happy to answer any questions that I had. Tyler would also happily take my calls with questions that I had during the process. I would 100% recommend Dummit Fradin to anyone needing legal counsel.”
★★★★★ – Neelam M.
“It was my first ticket & I was really clueless on what to do. I took the best decision to hire Dummit Fradin and there was a team of trustworthy representative to stand for me. Thank you Mr. Chriscoe for your help.”

“Mr. Chriscoe and [his paralegal] represented me and said they were confident they could get an improper equipment and they 100% delivered. The old saying is true. ” You get what you paid for”. [The paralegal] was fantastic to work with. She answered all my questions and I only had to make the initial first consultant and set up call. They handled the rest on my behalf. Praying I don’t have to but, I would definitely use them again in the future.”
