Throughout her attendance at UNC Chapel Hill, Anna was part of the Marching Tar Heels drumline where she learned how to march and play cymbals without having any prior experience. She took her love of riding horses to college with her and was a member of the Equestrian Team; where she placed second in Regionals and fourth in Zones.
After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, Anna took a gap year to live on a horse farm in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she worked part-time while also interning with the North Carolina Innocence Inquiry Commission in Cary, North Carolina.
Anna then attended Elon University School of Law where she attained her Juris Doctor.
