Winston-Salem Traffic Attorney Races to Save One Senior’s Holiday Season

Like most of us, our older lady had some shopping to do for her loved ones for the Holidays. She was keeping a careful eye on her bank account throughout the Season. A week before her December court date, she noticed she had more money in her account than her records indicated she should. She carefully reviewed her accounting and realized her check to the Clerk’s Office had never cleared. Now very lost and confused about what was going on with her case, she decided to discuss it with the Clerk of Court in Yadkin County.

By happenstance, an Attorney was in the Clerk’s Office at the time of her conversation, overheard the situation, and advised her not to simply pay her ticket; but to seek a reduction instead.
